Came across an issue after a power outage and their server restart.
When the servers came back, most calls to MES seemed to be working, eg. move inventory.
But MES calls related to job execution were failing, eg. changing job states.
They were returning an error of “Middleware and Database are incompatible versions.{5774}”
There were no updates made to MES.
The solution was to restart the MES Host Middleware Service.
