· Drivers should come in the form of .vib files for natively unsupported hardware.
· Use the ESXi Converter tool to add the vib (or tgz file) to the ESXi ISO Image
· Burn ISO to CD and Install from it
· A Custom ESXi 5 iso is on the server. This is used for installing on Dell Optiplex Desktops or any Desktop with an Intel 82579LM Ethernet Adapter.
